Chocolate Frozen Balls

Yeah... name is weird... concept is great... taste is awesome...

Ingredients

8oz. Cream Cheese.
1 Stick Unsalted Butter
3 Tbsp Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
1/4 Cup Splenda/Sucralose

Directions

Microwave cream cheese for 1 minute to soften
Microwave butter to liquify
In a mixing bowl mix together cream cheese, butter, and chocolate syrup
Once completely mixed, put bowl in freezer for approximately 20 minutes
After slightly frozen, use melon baller to create balls, place on pan if desired
Freeze for at least 2 hours, and enjoy!

approximately 0.5 - 1 net carb depending on the size of the balls.

Thai Beef Salad

I've been living on this recipe for a couple days... Pretty delicious if I might add...

Dressing

1/4 Cup Lime Juice Concentrate (Or a Medium Lime if you can afford the carbs).
1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
1 Tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp Chili-Garlic Paste
2 Tbsp Splenda/Sucralose (any no calorie sweetener that is granular).

Mix Dressing together and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Salad

3 Romaine Leaves chopped
4" Cucumber Peeled, chopped

Arrange Lettuce on plate, and place chopped cucumber on top

Thin Sirloin Steak

1/2lb Thin Sirloin Steak dressed with Oil and Pepper
Pan Fry on Medium Heat for 2-3 Minutes per side

Chop into bite sized pieces and place inside dressing before serving. Mix well, garnish on top of Salad
